BY BUS
Because Nova Scotia is a Peninsula, there is only one route buses can pass through. However, there are three routes into New Brunswick. These three routes connect to Nova Scotia in Moncton.
From Western Canada you make your way through Quebec on the Orleans Express Network. Buses connect to Atlantic Canada's Acadian Lines Buses from Riviere du Loup, QE, and Rimouski, QE. Once in New Brunswick, go to Moncton to connect to Nova Scotia. From here on, you can go to anywhere along the Fundy Coast through connecting buses in Halifax, or by simply getting off in Truro or any other coastal destination along the Glooscap or Evangeline Trail.
There is one connection to New Brunswick from the US. Greyhound Buses depart from Bangor to New Brunswick, where connections can be made to Nova Scotia through Moncton.
